In short: PinPilot uses Etsy listing information and, when you connect Pinterest, the permissions needed to prepare and publish Pins. We do not sell personal information.

1. Who operates PinPilot

PinPilot is a private content workflow operated by Originalityworkshop. Questions or privacy requests can be sent through the Originalityworkshop Etsy shop.

2. Information we process

• Public Etsy listing information submitted to PinPilot, including listing URL, title, description and product images.
• Pinterest account authorization data when a Pinterest account is connected, including the access token and permissions granted by Pinterest.
• Pinterest boards, selected publishing settings, Pin content and basic publishing results needed to provide the service.
• Limited technical information required for security, troubleshooting and reliable operation.

3. How information is used

Information is used only to retrieve Etsy product content, generate Pinterest-ready titles and descriptions, let the user choose a board and schedule, publish requested Pins, prevent duplicate posts and show publishing status.

4. Pinterest and Etsy

PinPilot communicates with Etsy and Pinterest through their official services. Use of those platforms is also governed by the Etsy Privacy Policy and the Pinterest Privacy Policy.

5. Sharing and sale of information

We do not sell or rent personal information. Information is shared with Etsy, Pinterest and the hosting infrastructure only as necessary to perform the requested functions, maintain security and comply with law.

6. Storage and retention

Authorization credentials and publishing settings are kept only for as long as they are needed to provide the connected service. Access may be revoked through Pinterest, and stored connection information may be deleted upon request.

7. Security

Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect connection credentials and service data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

You may disconnect Pinterest, revoke PinPilot permissions in Pinterest, and request access to or deletion of information associated with your connection. Where applicable, you may also exercise rights provided by the GDPR or other privacy laws.

9. Cookies

PinPilot does not use advertising cookies. Essential technical storage may be used to maintain security and the service session.

10. Changes

This policy may be updated when PinPilot features or legal requirements change. The latest revision date will be shown at the top of this page.
